Josh is the President and Co-Founder of KMS Technology, a US based consulting firm with headquarters in Atlanta and offices in California and Vietnam. KMS employs over 1,000 people while ranking as one of the fastest growing companies in America. KMS is a leading provider of product development, software testing services and consulting for software and technology companies. Josh and KMS also established its own incubator, Upstar Labs, with the goal of building and spinning out globally impactful technology companies. In 2011, through UpStar, Josh co-founded QASymphony, which was sold to Insight Venture Partners and is now the global leader in software testing tools. Josh and UpStar have also incubated and launched other fast-growing software companies including Katalon and Kobiton. Josh received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Josh currently lives in Atlanta with his wife – Dana, his son – Miles, and his daughter – Luisa.
