He’s the co-founder and CEO of Koofers, a college recruiting tool that advances the way employers find qualified students for internships and entry level job positions. Michael is also currently the Head of Customer Happiness at Tilt, one of the fastest growing companies within the group payments and crowdfunding space, leading a global support team that delivers happiness to customers in multiple languages, nine countries, and 13 time zones. He designs technical specs and works closely with product and engineering teams to improve the app and user experience, while proactively safeguarding the platform from fraudsters; preventing charge-backs, money laundering, and identity theft.
