PERC is a consortium of Assistant and Associate Professors in the Pamplin College of Business, from any department. The primary objective of the consortium is to work together for the benefit of high quality research related to innovation and entrepreneurship. PERC seeks to pursue interdisciplinary research and to publish that research in the elite academic journals of various fields within business.
